Works Description: Large Workshop Refurbishment

IMS were commissioned to refurbish a large workshop for QinetiQ. All works were completed within budget and to planned programme.

Demolition of existing workshop interior including internal partition walls, ceiling, and attached services
Installed new 400-amp 3-phase electrical distribution panel board and outgoing supplies
Installed new sub-main cables, new circuits feeding large industrial machinery, new sockets, and all associated ladder-rack, tray, and trunking containment
Designed, manufactured, and installed new service duct covers in galvanised steel to replace old timber covers
Designed and installed new High Bay LED lighting scheme
Prepared and painted workshop floor with anti-slip industrial grade finish
Adapted mezzanine floor and access ladders to suit new layout
Adapted workshop electrical distribution to suit new layout and customer requirements
Adapted LEV ventilation ducting to suit new layout
